Howdy to the diverse and audacious lavishness of star spangled banner cuisine of Southern American and Texmex cuisine. 

Carnivore craze for the juicy, meaty and delicate U.S. roast rib eye with prime ribs comes complete with Southern-style sauces and condiments at the carving station. For diners craving for the real and good ‘ol American style sandwich and burger, the Riviera’s action spot conjures Burger in a Bun and Steak in Long Bun with choice of countless condiments including mayo, mustard and fresh herbs. For meat lovers, there’s also an option to sample the fresh-off-the-grill variety of sausages such as Cervelat, Italian Garlic, Hungarian, Cheese Hungarian, Frankfurter with Kansas City Barbecue Sauce, Magic Mustard" South Carolina Barbecue Sauce, Honey Dijon Barbecue Sauce, Alabama-Style White Barbecue Sauce, California Asian-style Barbecue sauce.
