At the live kitchen theatre, chefs will select fresh ingredients and conjure a wide array of claypot creations crowning the international buffet spread  on a cycle menu varying per day:

• Claypot rice with chicken & mushroom
• Claypot rice with marinated beef & egg
• Claypot rice with fish fillet, ginger & spring onion
• Prawn with black fungus
• Preserved bean curd
• Braised Cod fillet with dry chili and leek
• Miso Chicken
